Special Event General Information
Guarantee
A final confirmation of the guaranteed number of guests is required five days prior to the event. This number will be considered final and charges will be made accordingly.
Deposits
A credit card is required to secure the reservation. This card will act as a deposit of $150. It will be held and only charged the deposit if you cancel within 5 days prior to the event.
Payment
All charges are due in full at the end of the event. Vito’s accepts checks, credit cards, and cash.
Food and Beverage Minimums/Rental Fees
Because our restaurant experiences heavy reservation traffic during different times of the year, certain dates and times may be subject to a food and beverage minimum and or space rental fees.
Parking
Vito’s has a small parking lot attached to the west of the building. Ample street parking is available where parking meters must be paid until 7pm Mon-Sat evenings. There are pay to park secured parking lots available within walking distance of Vito’s.
Decorations
Decorations such as balloons, streamers, pictures, flowers, etc. are allowed (please no confetti). We are pleased to assist you with any requests you may have. Applicable charges may apply.
Entertainment
DJ’s and live music are available upon request. Audio-Visual support is available with advance notification.
Liquor, Beer & Wine
Liquor, beer and wine are offered on a consumption basis. Bar minimums may apply.
Taxes/Gratuity
Tax rate: 9.74% An 18% gratuity will be charged for all special events.
